In the kingdom of Nephelia, suspended above a sea of eternal mist, weather is an exact science governed by copper gears. Celestin, an apprentice dedicated to millimeter precision, discovers that the rigidity of his world hides a stifled organic truth. By finding an artifact from the 'Forbidden Land', he triggers a series of events that threaten the world's climatic balance. Between the steam cities and the wild forests below, he must choose between the mechanical order of his masters and the wild freedom of nature to save the global ecosystem from artificial glaciation.
